Memorial Day Special
 Rates are for 2-day minimum starting at $179/night and up, and are based on a double occupancy. 3-day stays start from $159 and up and receive a late check-out till 6 PM.

Reservation Policy
-  One night's deposit required for all reservations.
-  Minimum two nights on weekends between June 1 to Sept 30
-  Reservations may not be shortened on the date of arrival.
-  Children 12 and below are free.
-  Each additional person is $10 per night.
-  Sorry, no pets

Cancellation Policy
Prior to the 14 days of your arrival date there is a $20 cancellation fee for all types of rooms except the 2 Bedroom Efficiency Apartment that has a cancellation fee of $100, and the Two Bedroom Luxury Apartment that has a cancellation fee of  $200.  Cancellation within the 14 days of the date of your arrival, the fee is One day's rent.
