1.      When you are making online reservation, you guarantee that you are at least 21 years of age and you will be registering and staying at the Dunes Hotel, your guests are also at least 21 years of age or you are their guardian.

NOTE: If you would like to make a reservation for minor, you must do so over the phone under special conditions that will be explained to you prior to completion of a reservation.

2.      Children of 12 years of age and under stay free. Maximum number of children per unit depends on the type of the unit.

3.      You understand that you cannot change the number of adults upon completion of making reservation.

4.      You understand that you are allowed only one parking space for every type of room/apartment paid for.  The Dunes Hotel is not responsible for any vehicle towed from it's property unless it was properly identified with a car parking pass and registered with the front desk.

5.   In order to book and use the discount for the "Three Night Weekend Package" you must call us.

6.   You understand that you cannot make online reservation for the major holidays listed below, such reservation can be made over the phone:

a.       Memorial day weekend  -                    May (23, 24, 25), 2008,

b.      Independence day weekend -              July (03, 04, 05), 2008,

c.       Labor Day weekend -                         August (29, 30, 31), 2008.
